In France, we support Bouygues Telecom, SFR and Orange.

What phones are compatible?
Your phone needs to be able to access the internet in order to access our service. We recommend you to subscribe to an unlimited data plan to take full advantage of the Cellfish.com experience.
We currently support over 80% of phones and a complete list will be available soon. Downloads for iPhones are not supported yet.

How does addtophone work?
Add to phone will send you a SMS link to the media you added to your phone every time you click on it. All your media and RSS feeds will be saved in a "locker", which can be accessed both through the computer and the phone.

I haven't received any SMS, what should I do?
Please check that you put in the right phone number, and that your phone and country is supported by our service.
If you are fully supported, please be patient, as sometimes the carriers may delay the message for up to ten minutes. We are constantly improving our content delivery time and adding new countries and handsets to our service.
If you still haven't received the SMS, type in your phone web browser the URL that is displayed on the confirmation page after you click on "add to phone".

Will I be charged for sending or receiving a message?
The SMS will NOT be charged. We do not charge you any fee for sending, receiving or downloading the content, but depending on your specific text and data plan, you may be charged by your carrier for your data usage. We recommend you to subscribe to an unlimited data plan to take full advantage of our service.

How can I retrieve the media and RSS that I received on my phone?
All of your media is stored on a locker accessible on WAP and web. Log in to Cellfish.com with your phone number and PIN to retrieve all your mobile media. Don't forget to bookmark the URL of your locker on your mobile for faster access to your content.

What is the difference between the widget and the API?
The widget is a copy and paste function that is intended for web designers with basic HTML experience or those with simple needs. It is aimed at the people who want to use our existing tools.
The API is intended for web developers who write customized server side programming and want to create their own tools integrating the "add to phone" functionality, such as the Cellfish.com player.

Why are some videos shortened in WAP?
Many handsets restrict the size of a video that can be downloaded to the phone and stop the download when it reaches a certain size limit (often between 300kb and 500kb). If your phone supports streaming, click on the "stream" link below the media to view the video in full.

I get an error message when I try to download the content, why?
You may not have a media capable handset or your carrier restricts your data usage. While we try to support as many handsets as possible, and are supporting more each day, yours may still be unsupported. Contact us for technical support.

I get an error message when I try to stream the content, why?
Some phones do not yet support streaming.
